My Journey From Global Brands to Cryptocurrency Leadership

When I reflect on the path that led me to co-found JuCoin, I see how each chapter of my career provided essential pieces of the puzzle.

Bridging Technology and Human Experience

My professional story begins in the telecommunications sector at China Telecom, where I helped develop the “E-Surfing Video” platform. This project marked my first deep dive into digital product development at scale.

The challenges were fascinating: How do you take complex technology and make it feel natural to users? How do you design interfaces that don’t require technical expertise? These questions would later become central to my work at JuCoin.

Working with telecom infrastructure and digital content delivery, I learned the critical importance of seamless experiences. Users didn’t care about the impressive technology enabling their video streaming, they cared whether it worked intuitively.

Learning the Art of Customer Experience

My career then evolved into brand development and strategic communication. Working with giants like P&G, L’Oréal, and LVMH, I was immersed in environments where the customer was at the center of everything they did.

These companies excel at knowing that technical superiority means nothing if users can’t connect with the product. I saw firsthand how the most successful products weren’t always the most advanced, but the ones that resonated emotionally and functionally with their users.

My favorite Maya Angelou quote has always been: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This wisdom perfectly captures what these luxury brands understood intuitively, that lasting impressions come from emotional connections, not technical specifications.

This insight became my professional compass. No matter how revolutionary a technology might be, its impact is always limited by how accessible it feels to the people using it.

Scaling Ideas Globally

My experience expanded further through my work with global organizations like the World Bank’s Global Partnership for Education. Leading large-scale initiatives that across cultural and geographic boundaries taught me invaluable lessons about communication across differences.

I learned that truly global solutions require both technical excellence and cultural adaptability. We had to design programs that could scale across vastly different contexts while maintaining their core effectiveness.

This experience in translating complex ideas into accessible frameworks across diverse audiences proved surprisingly relevant when thinking about cryptocurrency adoption challenges.

The Convergence That Led to JuCoin

Looking back, I can see how these varied experiences prepared me JuCoin. The cryptocurrency space in its early days exemplified a problem I had encountered throughout my career: brilliant technology that remained inaccessible to mainstream users.

By founding JuCoin, I could apply everything I’d learned about building trust, creating intuitive experiences, and scaling ideas globally to an industry that desperately needed these perspectives.

The truth is, I didn’t set out to build a crypto exchange. I set out to solve a human problem. The technology was always secondary to the question that has driven my entire career: “How do we create experiences that transform the complex into the intuitive?”

Every role I’ve held, every project I’ve led, and every challenge I’ve tackled has reinforced the simple truth that technology only matters when it enhances human connection rather than complicating it.

And that, ultimately, is what JuCoin is all about.
