What is the supported JU amount range? Currently, we support transactions equivalent to 100-2000 JU Tokens.
Why might a payment fail? Payments may fail if the single transaction exceeds JuPay’s set limits (generally 50,000 RMB) or if JuPay’s pending payment quota exceeds restrictions (generally 300,000 RMB).
Which cryptocurrencies are currently supported? Currently, JuPay supports JU token, with plans to expand to other major cryptocurrencies in future phases.
Which fiat currencies are currently supported? Our initial phase supports CNY, with USD, SGD, and MYR coming soon.
